Run: 35 000 kilometers, 6000 of them in rain, 4000 on snow and in dense fog, but all 35 000 as a leader. 
Swam: 30 000 kilometers, 30 000 of them in cold water.
Cycled: 190 000 kilometers, 189 999 of them on two wheels and 1 (one) kilometer as a wheele  - done as a celebration for winning 1st place.
On a Spinner®: 15 500 kilometers, 15 500 of them in the proper MY ZONE® Energy Zone™
